As a "leader" your "ship" is carrying precious cargo—people. Some people board your ship for small spans of time but others have punched a ticket for a lifetime. Some will be taken far by your leadership and others could capsize and crash because of your character. Some may make the unwanted choice to simply abandon ship. It is an awesome responsibility.
