Sink Or Swim

As a "leader" your "ship" is carrying precious cargo—people. Some people board your ship for small spans of time but others have punched a ticket for a lifetime. Some will be taken far by your leadership and others could capsize and crash because of your character. Some may make the unwanted choice to simply abandon ship. It is an awesome responsibility. In this four-part series, men's expert and pastor Kenny Luck asks the tough questions every leader must consider. What kind of leadership are you providing for those around you? How are they fairing?
