Deshaun Watson is a two-time Pro Bowl quarterback with the Houston Texans. He was selected 12th overall in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft by Houston after a stellar career in college that saw him lead Clemson to the national championship in 2016.
Adding the word “author” to his resume, Watson is releasing his first book on September 8 titled “Pass It On: Work Hard, Serve Others … Repeat.”
On today’s episode of the podcast, we talk to Watson about why he wanted to write a book, the importance of faith in his life, what he’s learned in 2020 during the pandemic, and the importance for him to continue being a voice of positivity in the current social justice climate we’re in.
