Ross hears a #1033 Call over the radio. An officer has been shot multiple times with a high caliber rifle. He was unable to return fire and has succumbed to his injuries. Ross has 5 hours more before his shift ends. He goes home and is so effected that he resigns after 10 years with the Sheriff’s Department. A number of months have passed and his wife sees that he isn’t happy. She tells Ross he needs to go back to law enforcement, and says, “this is what you have been called to do.” This is the time when God becomes BIG in Ross’ life. God is bigger than what he does at work. God had called him to be a policeman because the people he works with need Christ!
