As kids we have all played games where our performance was being counted on to “keep it going”. You’d shoot three point shots, and after a few people in a row made it someone would shout out “don’t break the chain!” They were calling on you to perform. Connecting the past success with the future was dependent upon you in that moment. These games were fun because the stakes were low, but what about building the Kingdom of God? We’ve been entrusted with the incredible truths of scripture, and the calling of the men who have gone before us is simply…..”don’t break the chain”. Make sure you entrust what you’ve learned to the next generation. But how? What does it look like to step into the lives of younger men today
