Sometimes the best things can become the worst things. A good example is online shopping. Good thing right? It is fast, convenient, and does not involve a conversation with a sales person. Your heart's desire is delivered to your porch in a day or two. Then... you open up the box and what you saw in the picture and read in the description does not quite meet your expectations. The shirt is cut wrong. The product is cheaply made. The video demonstration was rigged. But now YOU OWN IT! The Bible says that when it comes to LOVING STRONG it has to be real, sincere, and authentic. Otherwise, the best thing we have to give can become the worst thing to people. We might SAY the right words or DO the loving thing but our heart is disconnected from our words and actions. And just like we risk "buyers remorse" when we purchase things online and our expectations are not met, when God's man declares his love for Jesus and others but his words and ways leave people feeling unloved or, worse, ambivalent, about our actions something is wrong. God says, "love must be sincere" and that is what gives our love integrity.
