The best leaders on the planet, those that God can use mightily, are not first of all leaders….they’re followers. God’s man recognizes that he can never lead someone to places he’s never been, and so God’s man must learn to follow Jesus in order to lead. As we follow Jesus, however, we will quickly recognize our calling to lead others. To ensure the next generation has what it takes to stand tall for Christ. How do we balance this tension?
